Tugas: Referensi Buku / Silabus Arsitektur Komputer Lanjut

Tugas ini adalah untuk mencari referensi buku / silabus Arsitektur Komputer Lanjut. Tujuannya adalah untuk mencari wawasan baru dalam pemilihan materi perkuliahan dan diharapkan dapat dijadikan sebagai pembanding materi perkuliahan Arsitektur Komputer Lanjut di ITB dengan perguruan tinggi lain, terutama universitas / perguruan tinggi yang berada di luar negeri.

Dari hasil penelusuran data yang dilakukan, maka telah dibuat satu daftar ranking 3 besar dari kategori buku/silabus yang paling banyak digunakan, yaitu:

Kriteria:

  • Jumlah universitas yang di survey: 21
  • Silabus tersebut digunakan pada tahun perkuliahan adalah 2004 dan 2005/2006, kecuali 2 universitas di bawah tahun 2004 (thn 2002)
  • Mata kuliah adalah ‘Advanced’ Computer Architecture, bukan Computer Architecture (dasar).

  • Hal yang menarik adalah, Harvard University di samping menggunakan buku nomer 1 di atas, juga menggunakan buku jurnal, symposium internasional seperti IEEE, ISPLED, Intel Technology Joournal untuk setiap kali pertemuan perkuliahan. Satu kali pertemuan membahas paling tidak satu buah jurnal atau tulisan tersebut.
